France

I fly into Paris on January 8th to begin my time in France. I'm both excited and nervous about the French home-stay portion, where I will be living with a French family for four weeks while attending language classes in Montpellier. I don't speak any French so this should be interesting! Here is the itinerary for France:

January 8: Arrive in Paris. We will stay at the FIAP Jean Monnet (www.fiap-paris.org) overnight.

January 9-30: Montpellier. This the individual home stay portion. I will be living with the Dreyfuss family. I will also be attending Institut Linguistique du Peyrou (www.ilp-france.com). During this period we will also be taking some day trips to nearby places in France.

January 12: Nimes
January 19: Arles and Les Baux
January 26: Avignon
January 28: Aigues-Mortes

We will then have a week-long trip to Spain.

February 6-12: Back in Montpellier, home stays, and language class.
February 9: Carcasonne

February 12-15 is a free long weekend, where we can travel or do whatever we want. Right now, I'm considering going to either Switzerland or Belgium with friends. We meet back in Paris on the 15th.

February 15-19: Paris. We're staying at the FIAP Jean Monnet again.

Then we head off to Italy!
